Thus Monitor, based on the data of the Bank of Albania, reports that foreign companies, only during 9 months of 2019, have officially withdrawn (in a formal, banking way) mainly in the form of profits, reaching 380 million Euros, with a an increase of 30% compared to the same period a year ago, as well as being the highest level of transferred profits, even surpassing the period 2008-2010.
